Refund & Exchange Policy
We only accept refunds or exchanges for defective or incorrect products.
Eligibility
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
For Partial COD orders, the advance amount is non-refundable if the order is refused.

- Used or tampered items
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
To get a replacement quickly, return the original product and place a fresh order once approved.
