All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we’ll keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation. After dispatch, tracking details will be shared.

Swag Ink currently ships across India using trusted courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives.

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once dispatched

• Metro Cities: 4–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or holidays.

Tracking details are shared within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
If you don’t receive tracking info, please contact our support team.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Courier partners usually attempt delivery twice. If the order is returned, re-shipping may incur additional charges.

In rare cases of delay or loss, please contact us with your order ID so we can assist promptly.

All Swag Ink products are securely packed to avoid damage. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

Currently, Swag Ink does not ship internationally.
